In Miditennis kids continue the development of essential parameters of tennis in appropriate conditions (orange balls, smaller court, standart net).  Through the games and challenges kids learn also important character traits such as: focus, respect, friendship, resilience, teamwork, etc.

Players meet the full picture of the game and focus on: technical, physical ”ABC’S” (agility, balance, coordination and speed/strength), tactical and mental side of tennis.

Suositeltava harjoitusmäärä miditennispelaajille on 2-3 kertaa viikossa. Lisätietoa miditenniksestä saa päävalmentaja Danil Gavrilyukilta.
